Nasturtium Infused Vinegar

Chive infused white wine vinegar has become one of my new favorite ingredients. It is the perfect way to use all those gorgeous chive blossoms in late spring. Zippy chive blossoms infuse this vinegar with a peppery, garlicky flavor that complements any dressing or marinade.
