Baiju is an ancient "white wine" tradition throughout China. It is still consumed at social gatherings as a symbol of respect. The vintage Siheyuan Wine Pot was likely a vessel to Baiju or other forms of Chinese wine, a tradition dating back more than 9,000 years.
