"Yours truly A. Lincoln" engraving with plate mark. This print is 24 1/2 x 19 5/8. The engraving was created by Samuel Sartain. Samuel Sartain was an engraver in Philadelphia who created Abraham's likeness (c. 1864) after an original portrait created by John Henry Brown. John Henry Brown based his artwork off of a photograph and then handed it off to Samuel Sartain to create an engraving to use the prints in a political campaign.
